Hi,
It's a late type for zinc badges with felt inside and cardboard, in good conditions. Blue colour inside is gone , so is more light the cardboard.

This is a really nice one, I think this is a KB maker made box. Note the small catch, narrow stem and small head and it will have a slight apex.

Nice condition on the outside, and very good inside.
