Hi ,
I just found this Luftwaffe Grade One Marksmanship Lanyard and was hoping I could get some opinions.
Any help would be appreciated.

Looks OK to me. It does show a bit of wear, but still appears servicable.

Hi Frederic,

The latest two issues of International Medal Collector have great articles on Luftwaffe Shooting Lanyards. Our own Nick Carraway did a fantistic job. I bet he will chime in on your lanyard.

From a 'novice point of view', I agree yours is a Level 1/ Grade 1. It has the proper 14 braids. It may have an Assmann shield ... not sure.

Nice original Assmann! Note one of the ties has broken from the shield which is common.
