Fustrating!

Hi Angel,
This one definately came off a tunic, but who's tunic I do not know. It came from one of our respected dealers, who in turn has told me it came from an American veteran, now elderly, who at one time knew the recipients information, but at this time cannot remember, being so long ago. Believe me, I wish I knew.
The research that could have been done!
