Just wanted to get some opinions on this one. I had one a few years back and the bird on this one looks very similar in construction. The backing looks the same too...

Good symmetry of the wreath, nevertheless looks "Paki" to me! -
I have never seen a cloth badge like that, anywhere.
I don't have a good feeling at all about the obverse. However, the reverse backing looks convincing. My gut tells me
, but let's wait to hear from those with more experience with cloth.

The backing looks good to me as well, but the obverse screams fake!! This is certainly not an accepted original type of cloth badge and short of finding photographic evidence of this one in wear, I think most would agree that its a dud.

Looks like an Italian made example to my eye.
Search the Italian made LW breast eagles and cap eagles and you will see what I mean.
or put it up on the Italian section and see what they think,
