    Para Badge Maker ID

    I just picked up a nice document grouping for a paratrooper of Fallschirmjaeger Regiment 3, which included this colorized photo. Is there any chance that anyone can identify the maker of this Para Badge? Could it be an Assmann? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Barry,

    Can you post a high quality closeup scan of the badge itself? It will be hard to determine if we only see the top 1/2 of the badge, but it is still possible if the picture quality is good enough.

      Tom, I scanned the badge at 1200 dpi, but as you can see, the photo paper is the dotted type that distorts the image. This is the best I can do.
