Assmann Flak Badge - Repaired ?

Hi , i have come across this Assmann flak badge which apart from looking like the pin is missing it also to me looks like the swaz has been re-attached . Sorry but this is the only picture i have of it , also can anyone give me a ball park price for this if all of the mentioned is correct ? Thanks in advance

Well Swasi definitely re-attached for sure. Price? Hard to say ... has it any reverse hardware? If not it would go from REDUCED to VERY REDUCED in price ...
