    Gentlemen

Here is a bomber clasp in Bronze, unmarked. What do you think. Also the paperwork.

Very many thanks for your comments

I can only agree, a nice original clasp. The paperwork also looks fine to me, no red flags at all.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

Gentlemen, Many thanks for your positive comments. Any ideas on the maker or is it just a generic clasp?

            Again muchas gracias

              Hi James,

That is the question of the century! We just don't know the maker behind many of these unmarked flight clasps.

                  Very nice!

                  Hello James,

I agree with everyone else. An excellent Buntmetall Bomber Clasp and the documents are really nice too.

I believe that the Bomber Clasp Document was signed by Hauptmann Fritz Schulze-Dickow as the Deputy Commander of the III. Gruppe of Zerstörergeschwader 26 "Horst Wessel".

The recipient, Günter Möller, was almost certainly a crewman on a Dornier Do.17 Z. The 10. Staffel, to which Möller was assigned, was the only Staffel in ZG 26 that flew the Dornier and was completely equipped with them (eight Do.17 Z in all).

The other document is his Führerschein (civilian driver's license).

                  Best regards,
                  Tom
