Are they suppost to be the same? They look very diffrent to me, but perhaps its the hand finishing that makes them look that way.

Both badges shown look to be nice, later war quality BSW Pilot Badges in zinc. The finishes on both still look really nice, and in my opinion they are originals. The bubling of the finish is definitely a good sign. The only immediate difference I see in the badges is that the first one has a rectangular catch plate, and the second one looks to have a round catch plate. This is definitely not a problem though.
