      Hahah, you threw me for a loop there John! For a second I didn't know what was going on

      Nope, the books are still on schedule for February 15th release.....and ofcourse this type of rare Deumer variant is included in the book. Even though I only knew of 3 examples while writing the book, I was luckily able to handle and study two of them in hand and was VERY fortunate for my good from Eric Stahl to let me borrow his absolutely gorgeous, mint example to photograph and feature in the para book. His badge was the most stunning LW example I had the pleasure of photographing for the book, just a well made badge. Thanks again Eric!

      Here is a snapshot from the Paratrooper Badge book of the section at the end of the Deumer chapter, where I show the comparison between the 3 similar eagle designs of Assmann, Juncker & Deumer.

                Hello all,

                as already shown in the GCA-Forum here is my early Deumer (thanks again to Tom Durante for identifying it as I allways thought of owning an unmarked Assmann). I´m happy!
