Chris my friend ,thats the point!

My dear friends this PO J3 badge its not Japanese microchips 2011 production but its WW2 after 1942 Juncker production badge!Juncker production badges have few diferent types of rivets and none of them are exactly the same.Thats a hand made production!
Please looked the rivets on this link:
      http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/war_...ge/junker2.htm
and pics of Chris present photos ,they re original no doubt.
This badge it can be sometimes cleaned long time ago like Sasha write in post down here, maybe lost some fabric silver and golden top finish but its original I cant see any problem! And this badge is one of the most beautiful Pilot/Observer badges that I was holding in hands in my 15 years of collecting!
      Best Regards
      Mark

As long as the owner is happy with his badge and can sleep well...that is what is really important.
        Sasha, for my personal education,
would you please post some nice close ups of the 3 or 4
textbook rivets that you are referring to.
Not talking about mis-strikes or sloppy work, but textbook examples.
Especially of the rounded chrome type like on Mark's P/O.
        When time allows of corse.
        Thanks, TC

I also have that small picture from Nieman's site saved in my records, but please...
some close ups of the chrome rivets and of the typical, other 3 textbook rivets you mention.
            thanks,
            tim
