      Info: Rare Pilots Bage by J. Deutschbein "Euskirchen"
      Pin resoldered at some time, not sure when.

        Try searching. They have been discussed before. I seem to recall at least one having German veteran providence but they remain an unknown for most collectors.

          Hi Janos,

          These J Deustchins have been around, and they appear to be an exact match to BSW badges. However, the hardware is different, and ofcourse the maker mark is different. I tend to think they are legitamate badges since there is nothing really to point to them being definate fakes, but like Mike says, many collectors shy away from them because of the unknown.

          If the price was right, I wouldn't mind adding one to the collection, just to study it.

            I did, but most of these threads are old, I thought there are some news about this maker.
            Anyway no one mentioned it, on the pilot badges stats thread.
