    LW Flak Badge

    Hello Gentlemen,

I thought this would be an interesting example to post, anyone ever see anything like this example. The piece is totally flat and and that green is not from the pics, that is the finish, which also looks as though it has reminents of laquer finish. funny thing is that I cannot detect any cast marks or tell tale signs. I think this to be very interesting and would really look forward to hearing comments.

    Best,
    JD

First Zinc one I've seen with the original green color. Wow

                Hi Guys,

nothing unusual about that green colour. The protective laquer takes that colour over the years. There was another recently on the Forum and Marcus H. has got a mint one that looks just the same.

                  Hi Joseph,
There is nothing strange in the green tint.
It is the "tint of time" ...

Thank you Gentlemen for the respones

This one came cased as part of a collection.

Most finish/laquer that I ever saw on one.

                      Best Regards,
                      JD
