Air Gunner Cloth Badge

Can I have some opinions on this Air Gunner badge? Nothings seems obviously wrong with its construction, but I am just looking to obtain some of the cloth badges and could use some help.

I have seen some with the swastika in grey, and this one is in white. Is this a sign of a fake or does it matter?
