    Hi Mike,

This badge is quit tricky.Someone would say is a juncker berlin but in my opinion will be unmarked S&L .

See what others say about it.

    regards Peter

      Hi Mike,

This indeed is an S&L Para badge and to be honest they are pretty tricky. However, based on my research I am 100% confident that your badge is a wartime original. It has a Cupal Eagle and may actually have come before the more common zinc-based S&L Para badges. The reverse hardware also points to your badge being made during the war and not postwar in my opinion. Your badge is featured in my upcoming book as an original and I feel good that it is NOT a post war reproduction.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little
