Hi,
There's a difference between rare and non-existant. As far as I know, and although the award was conceived during the war, there were no know genuine examples produced (at least non-prototype "mass" production). This badge has problems with the hardware anyway - the flattening of the crimp mounds adjacent to the hinge is a good sign of a fake on any numbered badge.
