    Did Paul Meybauer make a Luftwaffe Radio Operator badge?

    No, they did not. To date, I have not seen a fake Radio Operator marked as a Meybauer either. If you have pics of a marked fake, I'd like to see it.

      Well, thanks to one of our eagle eye members steering me in the right direction, I HAVE NOW! Mike,I believe I now know where you saw the badge you inquire about. Please compare the components on the reverse of the badge you question to the components on my genuine pre'45 buntmetall Meybauer Observer, paying particular attention to the hinge and rivits. I believe you'll see quite a difference.
