Osang Para Badge Question

Hi Everyone,
One question regarding my latest acquisition - a G.H. Osang Para Badge - there is a little flaw on the lower arm of the swas where it meets the center arm - does anyone else ( Frank H ? ) have an Osang example which also has this flaw, or is it a slip of the file when finishing? Any concerns? Thanks.

Dear Eric,

Your badge is textbook but other Osangs do not have this flaw so I think (as you rightly assumed) it is indeed a slip of the file.
