Let's see....catchplate and catch wrong.....overall metallurgy wrong....bird's tail feathers wrong and lack of leg banding (can't see much else of the bird due to darkness)....maker mark wrong....doesn't look like a casting but the edges are a little soft.
Other than that the badge looks ok.
