    Juncker Para

    Hitting the road for a few days, but thought I would post this and see if anybody saw anything strange about this Juncker para.....

        Great eye Tim! I agree that something is not right with that swastika, but they did a heck of a job on that repair, it is extremely good and barely noticable. You can just barely see a seam on the reverse as well.

          Yes, the join on the reverse is clear enough to see this has been re-nazified.

            Yes, it does look like a repair job on closer inspection. To me it would not be worth quite that much but I'm not buying it. I did get a couple of nice Spanish medals from Jordi last year, it was a good deal with no issues.

            I would point out that not all Juncker para's had the swaz hand filed. This example I got a few years ago is one. It is also different in another way as well

              Very nice Alan, and very good point. Not all examples of original Juncker paras had the 1st talon trimmed off either, and likel represent a small transition period as Juncker moved away from their earlier, thin wreath examples.

              I know what the "suprise" is on your badge, but lets see if others can get it first.
