Observer B&NL

Hello all,

I think that we are all pretty much agreed that there is no known observer badge from B&NL.
Well heres one that I have been sent on approval. The guy has agreed to me posting pics here.
As you can see it is not the B&NL wreath that we know from the pilots badge.
I have reached my own conclusions but I would like to hear any other comments that you would care to give.

Thanks you two and my sentiments also.

The guy could only ever manage fuzzy pics but eventually I talked him into sending it over for me to look at. He is totally convinced that its original and has been told so by at least "10 experts".
He seems to think that I just want to make his badge bad. The only B&NL obs. that i would be prepared to accept must have the same wreath as the pilots, otherwise theres just to much speculation and uncertainty.
