Assmann Observer thoughts

Just after an opinion on this Asmann-marked observer. I know absolutely nothing with regard to Luft badges, so please be gentle with me

IMO one of the new and very dangerous fakes. The eagle is very good but wreath and hardware let it down.

It looks like an OM Pilot's Badge wreath and hinge? Definitely not Assmann. I guess we'll be seeing more and more of these soon.

Skip is right, the wreath is too detailed for Assmann badges. Here's one for comparison and you can see how plain looking the wreath details are--common on all Assmann Luftwaffe badges IMO.

Well... I got a mail from the site and the badge in question had already sold before I started enquiring of it...

Don't give up on these Luftwaffe badges, they'll make you forget about those PAB and other little awards! At least they'll break your wallet faster!
