Hi Gary,i can only agree with George and Tom,nothing about this badge is good, bad rivets, bad maker mark and the whole badge is wrong.
I dont think you need more pictures,only if you want to practice you camera skills,sure take more pics and post it but i am positive you will get only

I would agree a poor fake! Details of the eagle are really bad, Look at that pin catch! Search for Observer Badge type here using the mostly unknown Search Function and You will quickly see this is a Frankenstein Repop!
