Cloth Observer Badge Opinions Please

I cant seem to find any threads about this style of Observer
badge. The one color thread is what I am interested in
finding out about. Is this a good badge or a copy?
I want to put it on estand but want to find out if
it is good first.

Reverse has cloth backing. That is a stain in the middle.
