Looks good - the value may depend upon how interesting and complete the Flugbuch is. Market value of badge & medals + picture + flugbuch. Too bad no observer badge.

As noted above seeing the contents of the Flugbuch will help in confirming at a minimum that he earned the spange and what type of action he was involved in assuming they were all transport related.
