That's super nice Ron! At first I didn't like the exterior of the case....but the interior looked good enough to change my mind. The badge is definitely a keeper! Well done.

              Hello,

the badge is superb - very nice.

The case is a replacement/copy in my opinion. I donĀ“t like the exterior and the interior of this box.

              Best Regards

Very nice original Juncker badge. I can't speak for the originality of the case, as I am not really a case collector.
                best wishes,

Did I miss this one on the e-stand Super badge, the case is kind of funky, but then again A SUPER GLIDER BADGE

                    Max,

                    Thank you!

Don't think it is a copy as they have certainly been together since it was pictured in the 1981 'Wings Of The World" by Russell J. Huff.

Could be wrong however, so thanks for your opinion.

Max, Not the same badge in the above photo as the superb example you started this thread with (solid vs. cut-out swaz).

                        Scott,

You are 100% right, and I never paid that much attention to the badge, as I waas surprised after acquiring the badge to have seen the case in this publication, so obviously the badges were switched prior to my acquisition in 1985.

What an amazing circumstance to me!

You can see how much expertise I have in this area, and again amazed that I never noticed this until you just pointed it out.

                        I stand corrected!

                        Best regards,
                        RonR

                            Beautiful glider Ron, very nice.

Max, great work on spotting the case and Scott for pointing out the fact that the badge is NOT the same one featured in the article from 1981.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little
