      Hi Don,

For me one, or even the best maker of the Luft Flak badge only a pitty we don't know who it was.

Here is a little tip for next years X-Mas, try to find it's nickel silver brother. A lot cheaper then Juncker or Brehmer but it puts these last makers realy in it's shade. But thats just my opinion of course

When I think of all the makers of early LW flak badges, I think of Juncker, Brehmer, Assmann, and this unmarked one with the round type hinge...does anybody know of any other early makers?

          Hi John,

I think that sums it up quit nice, and I don't know of any other makers that produced buntmetal badges. For such a frequently awarded badge thats a rather select club don't you think, certainly compared to the number of known makers of Luftwaffe badges for flying personnel.

In answer to John's questions above regarding other makers, I own a Luft Flak badge by Hermann Weinstein.

              Hi Al,

That quit possible, but Wernstein wasn't one of the early makers their Luft flak badge only exists in zinc but not in buntmetall. So no reason to panic
