Hi Birka, looks like a good piece to me, infact even the cloth (tropical tan) color makes it even more interesting, the price range here is 125 to 225$ (depends)

are you sure this is original? I dont recall tan but I can be wrong. If it is its not very common.

I've to see the 1st era pic showing a tan cloth flightbadge..., not saying they didn't exist, because I don't know..

I think these were meant to go on the jacket of the two-piece "salt and pepper" tan flying outfit. Regretably, there are few clear photos of this in wear and even on the good ones, the jacket is usually hidden beneath a life jacket. I'd love to see a good photo showing these badges in wear. In the meantime, though, I won't let the lack of a photo make me doubt in any way that these were made and worn wartime. If you look closely at the one I posted, you can see the signs of where it was sewn on.

It makes sense they would exist, the quality is there thats o the typical bue backers. I've just never seen one, or atleast an original.
