Luftwaffe Spanish cross w/swords

I came across this badge and I am looking for the opinions of this forum.
The catch is very thick and the pin barrle is resting on a "shelf" which I have only seen a few times. I have seen this type of pin/catch combination before (most recently on the Collectors Guild web site) but I just don't know that much about them.
There is no maker mark and one of the sword blades is cracked and being held in place by the eagle. It is priced according to its condition.

What do you think??? Ya or Na???
