Cloth Pilot or Pilot Observer?

Hi; I am very sure this is good. Flat, not puffed out with paper back. A little moth nips. Any idea of value? Tried to load a picture and it didn't work. How do you tell the difference between Pilot and Pilot Observer in cloth? Doug
