    Need LW Regulation

    Does anyone have a copy of the original regulation or order stating Luftwaffe awards could only be purchased at the Verkaufsabteilung der Luftwaffe? Trying to find the original order that stated the LDO and shops were not allowed to sell LW awards. I wonder if there was a real reason beyond Goering's ego...
