    Luft Air Sea Rescue sleeve patch

    I'm in the process of obtaining a Luft specialty patch. It has the winged anchor, but has a helmsman wheel in the center of the anchor. Same size as the Air Sea Rescue badge, pearl white on Luftwaffe blue wool. Any thoughts? Dave. Just need an answer weather or not this patch was used.
