    Assman Para Badge?

Hello, I tried to search both this forum and the FJ forum for examples of this Assman Para badge and I found some that looked simular, but not exact. I kind of feel good about this one, but I am not totally sure. Can you guys please help me out and post your opinions about this one ?

    Regards, Grant

                Hi Grant,

This is a well made FAKE. They did a good job with the obverse wreath and even the eagle, but many small differences to originals. Do a search for Assmann Para and you will see plenty of nice originals to compare. Hardware and maker mark are also wrong for an original.

As already confirmed, this is a fake. There was another thread with one of these only recently and originals posted to compare. I think it would be worth your while to search it out.

Agree, fake. These are the type that, at one point in time at least, Staegemeir was putting out. You can always tell from the back.
