    Hi guys,

    I can only agree with what has been said, this is a well made fake. I don't think it is a Staegemeir fake though, I haven't seen it on his websites before and he usually likes to make castings of original badges. The fake that started this thread is close to an Assmann, but not a casting, its a unique eagle and wreath. Here is a similar fake, the biggest give away besides the reverse is the crappy detail to the eagle's talons.
