The basic design of this badge has been bugging me for ages so to answer the original question, it appears that this is an alteration of an NSFK Motor Pilot's Badge - with the NSFK eagle and lettering replaced by that big ugly cast swastika.

I never heard of a "NSFK Motor Pilot's Badge" and went on the net to se if I can find one.
