Two Luftwaffe cased badges GOOD OR BAD

    Hi All

Yet another two Luftwaffe cased badges, could I please once again have your opinions on these Cased wireless/gunner badge by JMME and a cased gunner/flight engineer I think by W DEUMER LUDENS.

    Thanks
    Mal

Looks like two good pieces to me. The IMME looks like a rare aluminum version while the Deumer looks like it's had some repair work done to the pin/hinge area?

        Hi George L

Thanks for the help, I am only just starting to collect Luftwaffe badges and still green on the subject, where could I look to get an evaluation on both badges.

        Regards
        Mal

          Hello Mal.
Is that IMME wreath aluminum or zinc?
          Best regards,

I would ask the seller then. It looks very nice.

I would need to see better shots of the cases. The interiors look good but from what you're showing the exteriors look glossy and could be modern

                  Cases

Rich has a good point .... plus it always makes me nervous when photos provided by a seller are of such poor quality. How come the focus always gets fuzzy when something is bad?

                    Hi,

badges are original to me, but cases I am afraid are copies.....but to be sure we need more clear photos ....

                      Hi

The first badge weights in at 13g and the other is 25g if that helps.

                              Hi All,

At 13 grams, the IMME may be all aluminum. First one of that exact style (in aluminum) I can recall seeing.

Very unique. Nothing jumps out as being 'irregular'.

                              Regards,
                              Mark
