Unknown luft badge, for me

I recently bought this badge on E-standard.

I know, that belongs to a military airport, which served as a training base for pilots.
Can anyone give me more information about this badge?

Have a makers mark : L. CHR. LAUER NURNBERG BERLIN
(is all I can read).

With this badge, I bought an overseas cap, they are marked inside with a big A.
What it means?
