Hi Harry,
For me this is a good quality repro. Unknown maker eagle and hinge but incorrect catch, rivets, wreath and MM.

Indeed a fake. These can also be found unmarked and also with Assmann maker mark.
Mike, this is the same fake that Tepo911 is trying to push on GCA, think I will go over and post it over there for some additional evidence
