Thats a good one, by an unknown maker, catch seems to have been repaired.

Great to have you here, I am glad you followed my invitation to come and join us here. We are always glad to have more serious collectors among us, welcome!
A very nice P/O and I also do not think that the catch was replaced, the catches on these badges by an unknown maker just have a little bit more solder attached to them. Here is my example by the same maker, which bears some resemblance to GWL designwise.
