What about this one?
Is it correct Eagle for a Juncker?
I try to learn more about Juncker bagdes so every input is fine.

Its not my bagde.

Nothing is correct for Juncker or any other original pilot badge from pre-may 1945.

Have you tried searching for Juncker pilot badges here to compare?

Hi Andy,

Agree with Richard. Looks like an attempt at a BSW eagle, but neither wreath nor eagle match orginal BSWs and totally different than any Juncker Pilot Badge.

Not to be picky but ...

The badge's German name is Flugzeugfuhrerabzeichen (with an umlaut over the "u" in fuhrer).

The translation, of course, is Pilot's Badge. While referring to a pilot as a "flieger" (or flyer) is not inaccurate, most pilots think of themselves as pilots and not as flyers. A real compliment is to call a pilot an "aviator". I always liked that term -- I was 20 years in the Air Force and reserves as well as an airline pilot for nearly 30 -- and felt that the term "aviator" denoted someone who really took pride in his profession.

In military aviation, for sure (and this goes across borders), a pilot is a pilot and not a flyer.

Sorry to be so nit-picking but we do take pride in what we do.
