          Yes, an original badge.

          You might try something like a small dab of JB Weld or some kind of epoxy. That way the repair won't mare the original finish like soldering might do.

              I totally agree with Tim. The use of heat will produce negative effects. But be frugal with the epoxy or JB weld. A little goes a long way. I have used products like this on automotive projects. I have never tried to repair a badge.
              Make sure you follow directions and the surfaces to be repaired must be thoroughly clean and dry.

                Hello All, the JB weld worked very well. Here is a harder one. Any suggestions on this as the pin is missing from the base. I just want to be able to hang this on a set of uniform loops. Best, Bill Bourque
