Absolutely and 100%. In my book I do a lengthy analysis comparing the Flak and pilot to the marked CCC and PABs.

Same hinge too Dion. Also, same type of thin silver wash on the wreath as is found on most Silver FLLs.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

My question to some of you more knowledgable FLL guys is wherher or not there is a defined "textbook" criteria to determine authenticity for FLL badges. I've seen a variety of catches, hinges, rivets, and wingtips that all seem to fall into the good category. Is this correct or did FLL just use a large vairity of hardware throught their manufacturing process?

                Larry,
As I show in my most excellent book they did use a small variety, but it was finite and all easily identifiable. But it is MORE than hardware. Be patient man!
