I don´t see anything wrong with your Assmann Para, and I don´t think the eagle has been replaced.

Hi Thomas she is 100% nice the rivets have been squashed to hold the eagle on but this seems to be common on Assman paras

The eagle and wreath are matching. The bird just got a repair on the rivets.
