      This pilot badge is by the 'Unknown Maker.' The block hinge with the large 'nail head' pin, the pin, the catch all point to this maker. One thing that I see that is different compared to mine are the nickel rivets. Mine are tombak. This looks like an original period badge, IMO.

            I like this one i havent come across one with the silver rivets to the rear before but the red discouloration is something i have only seen on this type of pilots badge
            Heres mine which also has this red discolouration for comparisson

              Are not both varieties, symetrical and fat-arm swastika, considered FLL? It was my understanding that the symetrical swastika variety may have been produced earlier.
