Weird Luftwaffe Pilots Badge Real?

I found this badge for sale on a website.

It appears to be a Pilots or P/O badge, but the wreath is laid horizontally with the oak leaves on top and laurel leaves on bottom. The wreath is tied on both sides. It is also a screw-back.

I haven't been able to find pics of a similar badge anywhere. What is it, and could it be genuine?
