              Thank you all for the positive comments! Yes, Jeff, that was the price of 'cased and Juncker marked' Retired Pilot and Glider Pilot Badges. But I love it, and it is the only significant Grouping I have. I will photo the Ehrenpokal.

              The red tint is a reflection. Weird 'sunlight thing' acting with the tarnish ! Anyway.... "ta-da"!

                  I love that Dopple-doc too!

                  I would have probably worn all the badges upside-down if I was him.
                  That way they would be rightside-up when I looked down at them (which would be almost constantly). I don't think I'd have gotten anything done, always staring down at my uniform.

                    I think that 'Frenchie' has a Doppel-Doc like that somewhere, too. When I saw the upside - down Bomber Spange, I thought it was the rare 'short range' (bomb up) version, awarded in conjunction with the Balloon badge.

                        I sure miss the old Saturday trips to NCHS. He's got a HG NCO Tunic with Docs right now. Too bad I'm in 'poor mode'.
