    Odd Imme Radio Operator Badge?

This Imme-marked LW radio operator badge was for sale a couple of weeks ago, on a well-known auction site. At first glimpse it looks good, but in my opinion there are some bothering details... The question is: is this an extremely well-made fake, or just an anomaly...?
    1) I have only seen early, pre-war, badges marked "IMME", without the full name and address, but this seems to be a mid-/late-war badge...? Most Imme flight badges seem to be marked "Imme & Sohn, Berlin..."
    2) The detailing to the wreath does not match other Imme-badges...?
    3) The reverse of the wreath is not hand-finished in the way you usually see to Imme badges.
These are just my, fairly uneducated (regarding Imme) observations. Your opinions, fellow members of this forum...?

    Uninteresting bird...?

Isn't there anyone having any thoughts about this badge...? Who maybe could confirm my suspicions...?

      Mikael,

I agree something does look odd. Kind of reminds me of badges I have seen on a well know dealers site that got caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

Unfortunately I don't have IMME bordfunker badge to compare it to. Hopefully the other will chime in...?

      Lorenzo, Frank, François, Eric, anyone....?

I have images of my JMME badge that I will post at the end of the day. This badge does not look right to me for several reasons. Lorenzo, you have images of my JMME. Please feel free to chime in at your convenience.

Don't have much to say about the eagle, but that wreath is just .......YUCK!!! The laurel leaves are way too thick and rounded and their shape is not right. I focus your attention on one leaf in particular - the totally misshapen leaf between the right wing and tail feathers.
That one is really out of whack. Also another notable - the flaw at the intersection of the top and left arms of the swastika. The JMME mark was an early mark, so I would expect to see some sign of the die forging cracks that the early JMME wreaths had. None here.
Also, I'd like to see pinched rivits on JMME badge. A cast "epier" wreath IMO.
