Airgunner possible repaired?!

I just anted ask what you think about this Juncker airgunner badge with bolts. I really like this badge, but I´m a bit puzzled concerning the soldering stains(the part where the eagle is connected with the wreath). So what do you think, is this piece maybe repaired?

Sorry for the pics, but this is as good as it gets...
