Early Deumer Operator/Air Gunner Badge, MINT, opinions please.

A very beautiful example of a Deumer Operator/Gunner badge. Does everything look right for this maker? I've hunted the archives and really found nothing in the way of this early style. I need some help from all of you on this one. I would really like to own it if it is authentic. Thank you in advance.
