Pilot Observers Badge???

Hello, I was offered this badge today, I did some looking on the forums here
http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=172386 and could not make a positive yes or no, the eagle is worn in areas so I just was not able to tell, what do you guys think?? Is there any kind of difference besides color between the pilots badge and the pilot observer badge?? Thanks for any help.

Wow what a beak. That nasty beast is uglier than TH .. and THAT takes alot
