Hi guys,being a collector of KM badges this is the only LW badge i have.I think it,s an early nickel/silver plated badge.Any opinions would be most welcome,thanks,Martin.

Hi Martin,
As Tim has indicated, an honest but worn J1 Pilot's Badge. Imo it's probably nickel-silver (not just plated) as there is significant wear to the eagle's head (details almost worn off) but no indication of yellow (tombak) basemetal - only silver (nickel-silver/neusilber).

You beat me to it, regarding the nickel-silver eagle. The top of the wings also would reveal the Tomback, as they (wings) are generally abraded.
